Allowing someone else to be aware of your plans increases your likelihood of following through on them.

Personally, I like to read while taking a super hot bath infused with oils and Epsom salts. When I get out of the car, I do some stretches (and continue reading) before heading home. I then visualize exactly what I intend to do the following morning as soon as I slip into bed. I’ve discovered that doing so helps me to fall asleep more quickly by relaxing my mind and body.
